A fire broke out early Tuesday inside the Nashville Public Library parking garage, producing thick black smoke and explosive sounds from burning car engines and tires – as captured by Annie Hall.
The garage, which connects to the Renaissance Hotel, prompted a precautionary evacuation of guests.
Firefighters say part of the fifth-floor ramp collapsed, making upper levels inaccessible for now.
