This football fanatic took his love for football to the next level after visiting over 85 grounds, spanning over 17 countries and 21 different leagues.
Jamie Lomax has spent close to £7,000 on his giant football stadium tour and says he has travelled nearly 50,000 km to visit grounds across the UK and Europe on his grand tour.
He has since travelled to major footballing nations including Italy, Spain, Germany, and even the football heartland of Malta, attending 21 different leagues and 86 iconic grounds.

The young football lover has made it his mission to visit every professional football ground in Europe— an incredible 807 stadiums— and he’s well on his way.
His journey has seen him visit legendary stadiums like AC Milan’s former home of the San Siro, Barcelona’s Camp Nou, and Tottenham Hotspur’s state-of-the-art stadium.

Jamie explains: “I’ve always loved travelling so to combine that with watching football matches has always been the dream.
“I’ve been traveling almost every weekend to football matches. With some weekends doing one match but most weekends doing two or three matches and the most I’ve done in two days was five games in Malta.”
Jamie’s cross-continent adventure has seen him braving hostile grounds like Go Ahead Eagles’ De Adelaarshorst in Holland, which he described as “one of the most intimidating” he’s ever experienced. But the adrenaline rush keeps him going as he jets off every weekend, often clocking up to 2,000 km.

He has now visited 86 football grounds all around Europe, from the biggest derby in Malta, Valletta F.C. v Floriana F.C, to the fiercest footy battle in Wales, Swansea vs Cardiff!
So far, Jamie has loved his football stadium journey and hopes to inspire others to follow their dreams.
He said: “I also want to inspire other people to take action in their own lives and create something much bigger than themselves.”

Jamie’s cross-continent adventure has seen him braving hostile grounds like Go Ahead Eagles’ De Adelaarshorst in Holland, which he described as “one of the most intimidating” he’s ever experienced.
Despite the potential risks of exploring Europe and football’s most dangerous arenas alone he makes it clear he’s safe.
“My family always knows that I’m gone every weekend somewhere across Europe. They know that I know what I’m doing travelling-wise.”
