Georgia Collins and her husband, James, knew that their son, Cooper, had been wanting to go and see his favourite team for a long time.
Despite being the only Spurs fan in the family, Georgia says that Cooper knows everything about the club and has always wanted to go and see them.
Mum and Dad decided it was time Cooper’s day by taking him to see his team!
Georgia loved her son’s reaction to the surprise and was overjoyed to see that her son was finally living his dream by seeing Spurs.
Cooper loved his day at the football and even managed to get his parents to enjoy the day too, despite not being supporters of the team.
Georgia, from Warwickshire, UK, said: “Cooper is a HUGE Tottenham fan (only one in the family) and knows every fact and stat about almost all football teams and leagues.
“He had been so desperate to go to a match.
“But we said we couldn’t get any tickets so we said we were going to the natural history museum”
She said: “In the video, James is showing him some of the upcoming fixtures for spurs, where cooper is saying ‘please can we go’ and James says we have got you tickets.
“I had tears in my eyes all day for making Cooper so happy, there is no better feeling.
“Cooper is so happy, smart and kind, he is always so grateful and full of joy for everything.”
Georgia added: “We have had so much positive feedback to the video of people enjoying Cooper’s reaction to his surprise.
“Cooper’s dad James (who is in the video) is actually a professional footballer who plays for Derby County so Cooper actually goes to most of his games”
Despite being on opposing teams, this heartwarming moment shows the family uniting over their love of one another and the game.
