Headcam footage captures the shocking moment there was a huge pile up after a mountain biker loses control on a snowy mountain. Car parts importer Noa Seret, 21, was taking part in the annual Megavalanche mountain bike race held at Alpe d’Huez, South East France in July 2021. Early into the race eager riders, including Noa were caught out on a steep right hand turn due to harder snow and a more slippery surface, resulting in a multi rider pile up. From Noa’s head camera we see multiple riders losing control on the first right hand turn and sliding into a wall of snow, followed by a steady stream of riders being caught up in the chaos and all piling up. A few screams of panic can be heard before the riders are able to dismantle themselves and begin riding again.
