A married woman has revealed how her life has been transformed after finding confidence in her sexuality and embracing relationships with younger men.
Lauren Spencer, 51, from Devon, UK, is a self-proclaimed “cougar” who admits she is old enough to be the mother of some of the men she dates. Now openly sexually active with younger partners, Lauren believes her life experiences allow her to offer more than someone much younger could.

“I would be dangerous if I looked like I did at 20 and knew what I know now,” she said. “It’s all about enjoying yourself. If I want to have fun with younger guys, I will, and I don’t care what anyone else thinks because they’re not living my life.”
Lauren’s shift in perspective began after the global Covid-19 pandemic, when she made the bold decision to leave her previous career and explore content creation online. She was shocked to discover a growing demand for older women in the adult industry.
“At first, I couldn’t understand why I was getting so much attention from men,” she explained. “I was comparing myself to young women, but I soon realised there was a market for older women like me. It’s been eye-opening.”
Though Lauren does engage with younger men both online and off, she focuses on teasing and interacting with her fans in her content, building a unique following.

In her personal life, Lauren is happily married and shares two children with her husband. The couple is fully aware of her work, and Lauren maintains a supportive family dynamic despite the unconventional nature of her career.
“I never thought in a million years that I’d be okay if my children decided to enter this industry,” she admitted. “But now, I’ve come to realise it’s their choice, just as it’s my choice to do what makes me happy.”
Lauren believes that the term “cougar” reflects the carefree and uninhibited nature of older women, and she explained that as she’s grown older, she’s become less concerned with societal expectations of how she should look or behave.
“I’ve never been shy, but you become more confident and less worried about how you look. It’s about having fun, feeling good, and enjoying the experience,” she said.

Lauren also finds it amusing when younger people, particularly teenagers, make disparaging remarks about older women. “I think it’s funny when a 16 or 18-year-old on social media says, ‘put it away grandma.’ They’re so deluded to think only teenagers are attractive,” she added.
Despite her success in the adult industry, Lauren is determined to stay grounded. She believes that confidence and self-assurance are key to finding fulfilment, and she encourages others to embrace who they are, no matter their age.

“You can be the most beautiful woman in the world, but if you don’t have confidence, it doesn’t matter,” she said. “I’m happy with who I am, and I’ve learned to enjoy life in my own way.”
