Ford has issued an urgent recall for over 30,000 vehicles due to a fire risk caused by cracked fuel injectors.

The recall affects the 2020-2022 Ford Escape and 2021-2023 Ford Bronco Sport and this is the third recall attempt to fix the issue, as previous repairs were unsuccessful.

The recall highlights growing concerns over Ford’s vehicle safety as if the injector cracks, gasoline could leak into hot engine parts, potentially igniting a fire.

Affected owners will be notified by April 24 and can have their vehicles repaired at no charge.
