This woman undertook drastic plastic surgery and paid for tattoos to modify her body, but did not expect that it would lead to her having a new celebrity look alike.

Sarah-Jane Howell, from Harlow, Essex, never expected her dramatic body modifications to earn her viral fame—or the nickname “Katie Half Price” online.

After undergoing multiple cosmetic surgeries and covering herself in tattoos, Sarah-Jane says the comparisons to Katie Price flood her comments, often laced with harsh criticism and trolling.

She explained that being compared the controversial star has not bogged her down, with the online hate only making her desire to spread positivity stronger.

When talking bout how the world views her she said: “I get told I look scary or like a demon.

“Some men love tattoos, so they love me until they find out I have my ex’s names tattooed on me.”

She told how she gets constant comments about looking like a cheap or off brand Katie Price that is covered in tattoos, however she tries to ignore the bullying and spread positivity when possible.

Despite being called everything from a “demon” to a “cheap Katie Price lookalike,” Sarah-Jane refuses to let the hate slow her down.

Rather than conform, she’s doubling down on self-expression—with a breast enhancement and more chin filler already booked for June.

While online reactions are often cruel, Sarah-Jane insists real-life encounters are largely respectful—even when strangers approach her on nights out to ask about her tattoos.

She said: “People were drunk they always had the courage to come up and ask me about my tattoos. Always polite though.

“(People say) I look like an alien crisp cause of my chin filler, Katie half Price with tattoos, Bobby Norris and Katie Price’s love child or ‘did you wake up at a house party?’

“Nothing or no one inspired me I just wanted to be me, unique. Live my life and not be a sheep.

“I often joke it’s childhood trauma for banter or I simply ignore as I believe in being positive and ignoring negativity.
