Rhian Jones captured the incredible sighting from her bedroom window early hours in the morning.

Identified on the coast of Aberdyfi, Gwynedd, Wales, the incredible weather phenomenon lasted around 15 minutes before a huge cloudburst formed.

Waterspouts are a rotating column of air that occurs over a body of water, usually appearing as a funnel-shape cloud in contact with the water and a cumuliform cloud.
