The mom from Jupiter, Florida, USA, threw her head in her hands in disbelief as she stared down at the creative haircut her daughter had managed to style.
When returning home, she quickly discovered that Ellie had taken the scissors and chopped the entirety of her fringe off, leaving a buzzcut look on the front half of her head.
