Check out this festive Grandma’s cheeky submission for her nursing home’s Christmas door decorating competition.

Connie Miller, from Dayton, Pennsylvania, USA, learnt about her home’s Christmas door contest in early December and couldn’t wait to start brainstorming ideas.

Granddaughter Kelsie Cloak captured the amazing footage and even aided her Grandma in decorating the festive display.

Kelsie, a registered nurse, grabbed her paints and crafted the hilarious ‘Grinch ’-movie-inspired door design, with her Grandma’s face glued to the body of a mischievous North Pole dancer.

She  said: “My grandma is so fun to be around.

“She has always had such a funny personality and has always been the “fun” grandma!”

Connie’s daring spin on a modern-day Mrs Claus was a hit in the nursing home and even won her first prize.

Kelsie added: “She was definitely eager and excited about the door.

“My aunt was visiting with her and found out about the contest at the beginning of December and she immediately reached out to me because I’m the crafty grandchild!”

She explained: “They had been brainstorming some ideas and then we decided that this idea would be the funniest and fit her personality to a T!

“I loved every second of decorating the door not only because it was fun but because I got to spend quality time with my grandma.

“She did win and they gave her a beautiful bouquet of flowers!”
