A wax artist has gone viral for her incredibly realistic food-style candles that look so real you’d think twice before biting!
Kaylee Castleberry, 31, from South Texas, USA, creates hyper-realistic candles that resemble: Fried rice, meat platters, tomahawk steaks, roast dinners, chili hot dogs, roast chickens, charcuterie boards, cheese toasties,
pancakes, ribs, pizza, macaroni and more –all made entirely from wax.
Even while cutting open the realistic food art candles, the insides resemble the real thing. This shows the extent to the attention to detail Kaylee puts into her candle masterpieces!
Kaylee says she first began making candles full-time after losing her job in 2021 and now runs her business ‘Cravings for Candles.’
Her work, especially her food-themed pieces, has gained a huge following online, with some viewers fooled into thinking they’re looking at actual food.
