Sam Simaan, from White River, South Africa, was on a safari when he witnessed an unexpected showdown between two female leopards. As tensions flared, the two big cats lunged at each other claws slashing, growls echoing through the bush. In a surprising twist, a male leopard suddenly charged in and broke up the fight. Even more astonishing, the battling females turned out to be mother and daughter. The guests sitting closest to the action were so startled, they leapt into the laps of those seated in the middle much to everyone’s shock and amusement.
