Meet the woman who had six ribs removed to achieve a tiny waist and even planned to turn them into a crown.
Emily James underwent cosmetic surgery that cost a whooping $17,000 (£13,568) in order to have a smaller waist.
Emily, from Kansas City, Missouri, USA, began sharing the journey of her unusual cosmetic procedure on the internet to many mixed reviews
When talking about the dramatic surgery, she said: “I plan on having someone make a crown out of them.
“They let me keep the ribs and I was initially going to gift them to my best friend.”
Emily has faced negative comments on her story and viewers even joked about her cannibalising herself to make adult toys out of the rib bones.
During the recovery process she had to wear a corset 24/7 to help with swelling, despite this she said her pain remains a two out of ten thanks to her attentive team of doctors and nurses.
Emily was healing well from her surgery and continued to post her recovery journey online.
She explained: “Getting my ribs removed doesn’t change the fact that I’m a kind loving trans girl.
“I know some of your moms walk around with BBLS how is this any different.
“It is my money my body and I’m going to do what I want with it. “In three days I’m getting three ribs removed on each side.”
She said: “I’m going to have an Emily barbeque.
“I plan on making them into a crown.
“I’ve had people say they would make them into a chew toy or boil them down into broth.
“Personally, I think my meat would taste delicious.”
Despite Emily’s light-hearted jokes, she stated that eating human meant can cause a plethora of disorders that are fatal and that she wouldn’t be partaking in any cannibalism.
