Caught inside a flower shop with a group of tourists and locals, Tatiana documented the chaos as it unfolded.
The shopkeeper managed to rescue a few of the flowers left outside, but many were destroyed by the sudden storm.
Once the hailstorm passed, the streets were littered with shredded leaves and icy white hailstones.
