A motorcyclist was stopped by police in the Alexandra Headland area of the Sunshine Coast after riding with a dog strapped to her chest.
Queensland Police issued the woman a $376 fine for having an animal between her arms while operating the vehicle.
Authorities say the rider bought the harness online without considering the safety risks.
Police reminded drivers to maintain full control and clear vision on the road at all times.
