Flash flooding caused by heavy overnight rain has left parts of Western Maryland in recovery mode.
Resident, Suzi, captured the flooding waters run under the Cumberland Blue Bridge, as the Potomac River remains just below flood level.
Although the rain may have stopped, many locals have had to evacuate as officials assess the damage.
