A determined law student is turning heads with her extreme weekly commute – flying 10 hours round-trip from Mexico City to New York just to attend class.
Nathaly Cota, originally from Texas, made the move with her husband after his visa expired, choosing love and long flights over living apart.
Now based full-time in Mexico City, she flies to the U.S. once a week to study law, thanks in part to discounted airline tickets through her husband’s job.
Nathaly says the journey is exhausting, but she’s committed to her dream of becoming a lawyer.
