San Antonio Submerged as Deadly Flash Floods Strike City
More than 6 inches of rain fell overnight in San Antonio, as residents captured the flash flooding submerging streets. At least four people have lost their lives following severe flooding early Thursday morning and emergency crews have responded to multiple water rescues. Authorities also discovered at least 13 submerged vehicles across the city.
