Checkout the terrifying moment an EF-2 tornado formed and struck Temple, Texas. Resident, Sammy Marroquin, caught the moment the tornado formed on camera. The storm brought winds up to 120 mph, flipping vehicles, toppling power poles, and damaging fire stations. The National Weather Service is surveying the extensive damage across the region.
