Cars Submerged and Roads Flooded as Torrential Rain Slams Wichita
Heavy rainfall in the Wichita area has triggered severe flash flooding as residents capture streets flooded through the Kansas City neighbourhood. Elijah DeFore captured residents cars submerged and knew-deep waters leaving neighbourhoods stranded. Emergency crews rescued dozens of stranded drivers, including some from nearly submerged vehicles.
