Professional pet photographer Cat Race from Preston, Lancashire, has launched the “Scarf Project,” an eye-catching photo series featuring pooches in vibrant, wind-blown fabrics. Inspired by a breezy moment during a Christmas shoot with her own dogs, Poppy and Lily, Cat and her partner Michael turned a simple red ribbon into a bold visual concept.
