Peter Cranston, from County Down, Northern Ireland, was mad about lorries when he was a kid and had passed his love for trucks on to his son, Sam.
There is a conveniently placed haulage company close to the family’s home, and the drivers let Peter know if they have an oversized load so that he and Sam can stand outside and watch the huge vehicles go by.
Peter has also passed his lorry driving test and is due to start his dream career after years of putting it off thanks to being inspired by his toddler’s shared passion for lorries.
